Call for Cooperation – Household and Environmental Studies

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to extend an invitation to you to become a member of the Household and Environmental Studies - HES network, which was announced on 9 October 2024 during the interdisciplinary workshop on “Land use. Cultivation - Devastation. Landscape versus Household in the Past”.

The HES network was established as a platform for a network of scientists and scholars to address the household and environmental issues and all the questions that are related to this topic. The objective is therefore to create a forum for discussions, conferences and lectures across disciplinary boundaries. The primary interdisciplinary research areas will focus on Effective and Affective Spaces, Landscapes and Environments, and Processes and Practices associated with historic households.

As a member of HES, you will not only be connected with other interested scholars and researchers working on similar themes and topics, but you will also be informed of upcoming events, calls and publications related to HES and its research areas via our mailing list. Our goal is to encourage cooperation, support researchers, and foster the development of research on households and environments.
