“Avigdor, Benesch, Gitl”. The Jews in Bohemia, Moravia, and Silesia in the Middle Ages
The book consists of three parts. The introductory essay reviews in general the contemporary historiography on Jews in medieval Central Europe. The second group of papers includes case studies on several aspects of the life of the Jews in the Bohemian lands in the Middle Ages. Four studies of the third part are devoted to the memory of Jewish historian Samuel Steinherz.
